Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund discussion. Mat-worn or washed gear is typically excluded.

We want you training in the right kit. Use this guide for retail returns; wholesale returns may follow separate trade terms.
How to start a return
Contact support with your order reference, item SKU, and reason. We will confirm eligibility and share returns instructions for UK warehouse receipt.
- Order number / confirmation email
- Product name and size
- Photos if the item arrived damaged
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available when stock allows. We will advise if a direct exchange or a re-order is faster.
Custom / teamwear
Personalised academy kit and custom teamwear are generally non-returnable unless faulty on arrival.
